Privacy Policy

Zetratech Studio is operated by Zetratech IT solution LLC. For the account you hold with us, we are the data fiduciary.

For the records you put into your workspace — your own clients, their contacts and their invoices — you are the fiduciary and we act on your instructions. We do not decide what you collect about your clients, and we do not use it for our own purposes.

Account. Your name, your work email, your workspace name, a bcrypt hash of your password (never the password itself), and the country and state you gave us, which decide your currency and any tax treatment.

Billing. Subscription status, the invoices we raise, and the reference our payment provider gives each payment. We never receive or store your card or bank details — those go directly to the payment provider.

Technical. Ordinary server logs, and a record of webhook deliveries from payment providers so a missed renewal can be traced.

Your content. Whatever you enter into your workspace. This sits in a database created for your workspace alone.

To provide the Service and keep your workspace running; to bill you and collect payment; to send you service messages such as a failed payment or an ending trial; to answer support requests; and to detect and deal with abuse.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use your content to train machine-learning models.

Only the providers needed to run the Service, and only for that purpose:

• Our hosting provider, which stores the databases and serves the site
• Our payment providers, who take card and mandate details directly from you and tell us only whether a payment succeeded
• Our email provider, for service messages and invoices

If you connect your own Google Search Console or Google Analytics account, data flows from Google to your workspace at your instruction, under your agreement with Google.

Two, both strictly necessary, both set only when you sign in: one that keeps you signed in to your workspace, and one for platform administrators. They carry a signed identifier, not personal data. A third, set only if you pick a country on the pricing page, remembers which price list to show you.

There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no analytics scripts on this site, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

We keep our own count of visits to the public pages: the page, the site that linked to it, any campaign tags in the address, your timezone and whether the screen was phone-sized. No cookie is used. Each visit carries an identifier derived from your address and browser together with the date and a secret we hold, which changes every day and cannot be turned back into either. Browsers that send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are not counted.

Your content stays while your workspace exists. After cancellation it is read-only for 90 days so you can export it, and is then deleted.

Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them, which is longer than the workspace itself.

On servers operated by our hosting provider. Where a payment provider processes data outside India, it does so under its own terms and safeguards as an independent controller of that payment.

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Sessions are carried in a cookie signed with HMAC, so it cannot be edited into another workspace. Each workspace has its own database, so isolation does not depend on a query filter being written correctly.

Support access is a single-use, time-limited, audited grant that shows you a banner while it is in use. No member of our team can quietly sign in as you.

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to explain what we hold and why. Much of this you can do yourself inside the workspace at any time.

If you ask us to delete your account we will do so, subject to records we are required by law to retain. Write to hello@zetratech.com.

If you are in India and remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

The Service is sold to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email the address on your account before it takes effect. The date at the top is always the date of the current version.
