Renewals

Hosting, domains and care plans, per site, invoiced before they lapse.

Every domain, hosting plan and retainer tracked against the site it keeps running, with reminders before the due date and a history of every cycle.

Zetratech Studio — Renewals

Shown with a sample agency. Yours starts with the same data, so a trial is not an empty screen.

A renewal belongs to a site

Not to a calendar and not to a person's memory. Each renewal is attached to the site it keeps online, and the client is whoever pays for it — one client, many sites, each with its own due date.

Reminders before you remember

Upcoming renewals surface on the Today screen and go out as reminders ahead of the date, so the conversation with the client happens before the domain expires rather than after.

Renew forward, or backfill

"Renew forward" closes the cycle, links the invoice that billed it and moves the due date on. "Log a past renewal" records history you already have without touching the next date. Every closed cycle is kept.

Questions

About renewals.

What if a client has ten sites?

Ten renewals, each with its own due date and history, all rolling up to that client. The list shows site, due date and amount; the rest lives in the detail view.

Does it renew the domain for me?

No. It tells you what is due, invoices it, and records that it was done. The registrar stays yours.
