Where it came from
Running an agency is a long list of small obligations: the quote someone is waiting on, the invoice that went out and was not paid, the hosting that renews on the ninth, the task that was due yesterday. None of them is hard. Together, across thirty clients, they are where the money leaks.
For a long time Zetratechdid what every small agency does — one tool for invoices, another for tasks, a spreadsheet for renewals and a second one for the books, with the owner’s memory holding it together. When the memory failed, a client’s domain lapsed. That was the day this got written.
Zetratech Studio was built to run Zetratech first. Every screen in it exists because someone in the agency needed it on a working day, not because it would look good in a demo. It handled real invoices, real renewals and real payroll months before the first outside customer.
Why it is sold the way it is
A one-person agency should be able to pay for this without thinking about it, and a team of ten should not be punished for hiring. So there is one plan, one price in each currency, and no charge per seat.
Every customer gets a database of their own. That is more expensive for us than a shared table with a customer column, and it is the right thing to do with other people’s books. Your data can be exported, or handed to you whole to run on your own server.
Nothing your clients receive carries our name. Your logo, your invoice numbers, your sender address. We are the software; you are the agency.
Who you are dealing with
Zetratech Studio is a product by Zetratech (zetratech.com). The people who answer support run an agency on it every day, which is why the answers tend to be short and specific.
The legal entity, address and how to reach us are on the contact page. How the software is put together is on how it is built.
