Quotes and invoices
Quote it, convert it, send the PDF, take the payment.
Quotes that become invoices in one click, numbering that never repeats, rupees or dollars, PDFs under your own name, and paid worked out from payments.

A quote becomes an invoice, not a retype
Write the quote once. When it is accepted it converts into an invoice with the same lines, the same client and the next number in the sequence — and the quote records what it became.
Numbers that never come back
Invoices run <prefix>-<year>-<n> in one continuous sequence. Deleting a draft cannot reuse a number a client already has; the next number is always the highest ever issued plus one.
Paid is a fact, not a tick
An invoice is paid when the payments recorded against it add up. Nobody marks it paid by hand, so the outstanding figure at the top of the list is always the real one. Only drafts can be edited — a sent invoice is a document the client already holds.

Questions
About quotes and invoices.
Can I invoice in both currencies?
Yes, per invoice. Wherever rupees and dollars are added together the total is converted at the rate in your settings and labelled as converted.
What happens if I delete an invoice?
Its number is retired. The next invoice takes the highest number ever issued plus one, so a number already sent to a client is never issued twice.
Does it do GST invoices?
Your invoice carries your own tax lines and your GSTIN from branding settings. What you charge your clients is between you and them.
